| When an order is ready to ship, Watson Park Associates will be there for the forwarder before the goods leave the country by assisting with completion of the transport documentation (air way bill / ocean bill of lading/ truck bill of lading) and composing any certificate to be obtained from the carrier (or beneficiary), that may be requested on the letter of credit. |

| Watson Park Associates can assist with every aspect of international collection, such as letter of credit or direct collections (sight draft/ cash against documents). With over thirty years experience, the collection process will be timely and efficient. If a letter of credit is not issued, after a copy of the purchase order or contract is provided, we can present documents (in compliance with the purchase order or contract) directly to the buyer for collection of payment. All Watson Park Associates' employees are available to be of assistance at any time during the collection process. |

Watson Park Associates is well known for error free, professionally prepared documentation. If there is an error or discrepancy notified by negotiating bank, caused by a Watson Park Associates' employee, the corrected documents will be sent to the bank using our courier. Watson Park Associates diligently monitors all collections to ensure documents are clear and ready for release of payment, according to seller/ buyer agreement. |
